Two teenagers are playing by night in a dirty parking lot. After they are driving on an empty road, they start to tease each other on the way to the sea, but they seem to be too young to drive and the road is a bit strange.

Only the little Nerv still believes in his old heroes and tries to bring the grown-up guys back together with the help of his dreaded side puller. An Indigenous college student who shows up at her best friend Molly's house for a study session turned Halloween house party of which Lucille wasn't aware. As she enters the house, Lucille sees the Deer Lady standing in the midst of the party, but she quickly vanishes. The Deer Lady warns Lucille of danger at the party and Lucille is forced to reckon with her own desire to get her work done while she tries to understand what the Deer Lady could mean.

The scares start in Hawaii, where Scooby-Doo and Shaggy are scarfing down the surf-and-turf menu until a giant serpent tries to swallow them faster than you can say She Sees Sea Monsters by the Seashore. In Uncle Scooby and Antarctica, a friendly penguin invites the Mystery, Inc. crew to visit his polar home, which happens to be haunted by an ice ghost! Then, the gang meets music group Smash Mouth while visiting Australia's Great Barrier Reef to watch Shaggy and Scooby compete in a sand castle contest in Reef Grief!
